Listlly provides real estate tools and services including home value estimates, cash offer facilitation, MLS listing services, and related professional support. Home value estimates and market analyses are informational estimates based on available data - they are not appraisals and should not be relied on as such. Cash offers are subject to property evaluation and are made at our discretion.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to misuse the Platform, including submitting false information, scraping data, interfering with operation, or using MLS data for any purpose other than identifying properties you may be interested in.

Listing data is provided by California Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (CRMLS) and other sources, is protected by copyright, and is provided for personal, non-commercial use. All data is believed accurate but not guaranteed and should be independently verified.

Fees for listing plans and services are presented at the time of purchase. Real estate commissions and fees are not set by law and are negotiable. Specific terms for brokerage services are set out in separate written agreements.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listlly and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
